Very happy with pool install just completed by BRP (7x4 Brampton). Everything went smoothly, to the timeline originally advised, and the final install of pool and equipment looks great. Their office team were very helpful with answering my queries, and onsite trades did a great job. Would gladly recommend.

From meeting the team at the Perth Pool and Spa show to final handover, the BRP team at Joondalup were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing but praise for the entire team… they certainly made the entire process simple and kept us informed throughout the journey. Would definitely recommend the BRP team and super happy the Amalfi 6.2 x 2.8mtr pool.

From our very first meeting with Lauren at BRP Mandurah, the experience was exceptional. Lauren took the time to listen to what we wanted to achieve for our family and offered alternative suggestions that ultimately turned out even better than what we had originally planned. She even helped us complete some paperwork when we were having difficulty with a few forms, which was greatly appreciated. Communication throughout the entire process was effortless. The ladies in the office were always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer every question we had—no matter how small or insignificant we thought it might be. The installation team was incredibly efficient, professional, and friendly. Our supervisor, Jayden, was outstanding. He stayed on top of every detail, coordinating with associated trades to ensure each stage progressed smoothly and keeping us informed every step of the way. The office team also went above and beyond by communicating directly with our landscaper to ensure the backwash pipe was positioned exactly where it needed to be for our soak wells. It was reassuring to see everyone working together so seamlessly. If we ever had to go through this process again, we wouldn't look anywhere else. We spent a long time researching pool companies, and BRP was the only one that didn't tell us we needed to remove half of our patio. They worked around our schedule for the installation and even shared a laugh when I mentioned that our dog seemed determined to rescue the robotic pool cleaner. From start to finish, this was a significant project, yet it ran so smoothly that we're still amazed nothing went off track. We couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend Barrier Reef Pools Mandurah to anyone considering a pool.
