From start to finish, our experience with Barrier Reef Pools was nothing short of exceptional. It all began with Alen Krcmar, our sales consultant, who took the time to explain every detail thoroughly. He was incredibly patient with our many questions and worked hard to bring our installation date forward—something we truly appreciated. Alen also connected us with reliable professionals for site clearing, paving, and fencing, all of whom were experienced and delivered top-quality results.
Sharon from the office was an absolute gem—always kind, helpful, and eager to clarify any concerns we had along the way. When it was time to move forward, we were introduced to Luke James, our site supervisor. Luke was extremely responsive, punctual, and meticulous in overseeing the project, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
The excavation was handled by Nick, Darren, and Chris, and these guys were nothing short of legends! They went the extra mile to keep everything on schedule, demonstrating their expertise and dedication to the job. Then came Mark and Chad, who installed our pool—and what a team they were! Their energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism made the process not only seamless but also entertaining. They worked with precision and had our pool installed well within Barrier Reef Pools’ high standards—all while keeping the mood light with smiles and even a bit of dancing!
The entire dig and install process was completed within just two days, which was truly impressive. Thanks to their efficiency, we were swimming in no time! Finally, Mark from Golden Pools handled our handover, and he was fantastic, ensuring we understood every aspect of maintaining our new pool.
